Automated Ticket Machines
ATMs are not a core requirement of the TaPoS system. They are included in sites to reduce the number of staff required and offer a smart, professional and easy way for site customers to pick up their tickets.
Design
There are two standard ATM designs available and both come in all colours and can include company logos. Due to the enormous range of interior designs that exist throughout cinemas and festivals Roe Computer Systems also offers the components for the ATM that can be countersunk into the existing interior or incorporated into a unit designed locally.
Integration
The ATMs are networked into the system and release tickets real time, in communication with the site's central server. Tickets produced by ATMs may have been bought via the internet, in person or over the phone from an operator or via one of TaPoS' automated telesales servers.
