TaPoS administration is set up to minimise the input of information. It takes the information that has been entered previously and offers this to managers when they create new programmes. All tickets, films and categories are listed in scrolling menus so that film and ticket information is only input once. Obsolete items are removed from menus. A 'copy' facility is available for making the creation of new performances even faster.

Versatile

TaPoS allows administrators to specify different seat types, numbering, availability, auto-allocation priorities and warning levels when an auditorium is close to capacity. Price structures are versatile and coupons and vouchers are easily created. Rules are easily created for tickets to restrict and add tickets to those available depending on the time of day, film, certificate or any performance detail.

A full range of intuitive and easy to use reports is included to relieve managers' workloads. Bespoke reports can be written upon request as a unique development for the site.

Each selling station has its own unique pin code. Float value can be quickly looked up for any till and any point. Every operator can have their own pin. Film distributor and rental periods can be included. End of day routine locks data from being tampered with.
