TOPS is a complete business computer system. It was created in 1985 to manage Tele-order sales and has grown since then to include all aspects of business management including

  • Full Reporting throughout system

It is currently used by the drinks industry, horticulture, technical manufacturing, information technology and chemical supplies companies. What do Roe Computer Systems Provide?

Roe Computer Systems is the sole developer, supporter and owner of TOPS. For small companies Roe Computer Systems acts as an IT department and for large companies Roe Computer Systems behaves like a seamless extension of the internal IT resources. The system is developed and supported by a dedicated, experienced and versatile team of computer specialists.
Why should my company want TOPS?
TOPS does not aim to be an off-the-shelf package and this carries many benefits. The system is always being developed and any feature can be incorporated by the computer programmers, however specific to a particular business. Support is maintained 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday and usually your call will go straight through to our support team. If not they will call back, usually within 15 minutes. There is no frustrating automated call service or queing system and Roe Computer systems does not provide a call-back only service. Any module that is supported at your site receives all new features and updates made to the standard product.
